In March we rolled out a new powder coating system at our facility. This investment, which required several months to be fully completed and refined, intends to guarantee greater production efficiency with shorter waiting times, increased flexibility and better final product quality.
Indeed, it will now be possible to deliver painted products more quickly, and we will be capable of directly and more accurately checking the material as well as the entire production process.

Our decision was made on the basis of the attention we have always dedicated to product quality. The in-sourcing of powder coating enables us to monitor the entire life cycle of production orders with an increasingly clear and promptly updated view of progress status.
The system can also be used to paint products of any type, made of either iron or aluminium, with sizes of up to 2,000 mm in width, 800 mm in depth and 3,000 mm in length.

By activating this system, ETRA hopes to confirm its growth targets and also demonstrates its intention to invest in the future, with a constant commitment to the development and adoption of technological choices that allow it to obtain increasingly higher and more efficient operating returns.
