The introduction of a new plate rolling machine and the replacement of the historic Emmegi Comet CNC mark a further step in the company’s innovation journey and the development of in-house machining capabilities.
New plate rolling machine: expanding sheet metal processing
A new plate rolling machine is now operational at Etra, expanding the company’s sheet metal processing capabilities. The introduction of this machinery allows sheet metal bending and rolling operations to be managed entirely in-house, opening up new design and production possibilities to better serve our customers.
New Tekna TKE 954 CNC: innovation and continuity
After more than 20 years of service, Etra has bid farewell to the historic Emmegi Comet CNC, the very first machine in the company’s production fleet. In line with a strategy of constant technological renewal, it has been replaced by a new Tekna TKE 954 CNC. This new unit enables faster, more efficient operations that are fully aligned with today’s production standards.
The upgrade of the machine fleet confirms Etra’s commitment to investing in advanced technologies, with the goal of continuously improving the quality, efficiency, and flexibility of its manufacturing processes.
